SEBASTIAN — Two people escaped injury after a Piper PA-28 plane experienced a power issue, leading the pilot to make an emergency landing in a field Tuesday morning, officials said. The plane was traveling south near the Vero Beach Regional Airport when it experienced a power issue about 9:30 a.m., according to the Federal Aviation Administration. The Shell Food Mart, located inside the Shell gas station at 53rd Street and U.S. 1, Gifford, sold the winning Fantasy 5 ticket for Saturday's drawing, lottery officials said. The Fantasy 5 ticket won during Tuesday's evening draw. The ticket's winning numbers were 01-06-10-17-26, according to lottery officials.
