Center for Spiritual Care hosting COVID Resiliency Zoom Workshops in February

Feb 3, 2021 will be the first of 4 COVID Resiliency Zoom Workshops in Feb. hosted by the Center for Spiritual Care. So if you Are  anxious about COVID?  Stressed out over how to stay safe and carry on with your life amidst all the uncertainty?  If so, join a free COVID Resiliency workshop on Zoom with psychotherapist Charlotte Lajoie and Center for Spiritual Care Executive Director Carol Ludwig to learn how to build your resiliency.

National leaders have referred to the period ahead as a “Dark Winter.”  This workshop will help you recognize the signs of trauma which you need to address, and help you devise a plan to care for yourself and others using specific behaviors to become more resilient.

This three-hour workshop will be available on Zoom four times in February:

            Tuesday, Feb. 2, from 9:30-12:30

            Wednesday, Feb. 10, from 9:30 – 12:30

            Thursday, Feb. 11, from 1-4 p.m.

            Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1-4 p.m.
