Phyllis Catlin, 77, died April 17, 2011, at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute, Fort Pierce.
She was born in Queens, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for many years, coming from her birthplace.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, David Crawford, of Moravia, N.Y.; daughters, Chrystine M. Hines, of Elbridge, N.Y., Diane Dunham, of St. Augustine, Caryn Ryan, of Moravia and Cindy Lamphere, of Syracuse, N.Y.; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Catlin.
Services with interment at Crestlawn Cemetery will be private.
Arrangements are by Strunk Funeral Home and Crematory of Vero Beach.
