Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory stewardship classes offered

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory (FMEL) will offer its fifteenth volunteer stewardship training class.  This free 6-week class would be a great way for Master Gardeners to learn more about Florida’s diverse native flora and fauna.  Space is limited. We ask that class participants share what they learn in a venue of their choice, i.e., as Master Gardeners.

Classes are conducted on Saturday afternoons from 1:30 to 4:30 pm. Each class begins in the Boathouse of the Florida Medical Entomology Laboratory, University of Florida, 200 – 9th Street SE (Oslo Road), Vero Beach.

To register or for more information, email Janice Broda at [email protected] or call 772-538-5223.
