VERO BEACH — The Indian River County Recreation Department would like to inform the public that the North County Aquatic Center is now offering Sunrise Yoga.
Classes will be from 6–7:30 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Cost is $8 per class.
The class is tailored to the abilities of the students.
Every skill has an easy, intermediate, and advanced pose. All levels are welcome.
