INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A FEMA Disaster Recovery Center at a local library now has expanded its hours, emergency services officials said. The center, which opened Tuesday at the Indian River State College Brackett Library, will now be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The center will continue to provide assistance through Sunday for residents affected by hurricane Irma.
