VERO BEACH — Whether you’re an MG, Triumph, Morgan, Jaguar, Lotus, Aston Martin or Mini Cooper fan – – or even a James Bond or Austin Powers wanabee – – you won’t want to miss Brit Bash 2011, a Celebration of British Motorcars and Motorcycles at Riverside Park in Vero Beach Saturday Oct. 29. Show day registration is from 8:30 a.m. to 11a.m., and show runs through 4 p.m.; awards presentation is at 3 p.m.
Sponsored by the MG Car Club – Florida, this All British Car Show is open to British Cars & Motorcycles. Brit Bash 2011 takes place under the majestic oaks of Riverside Park. Over 100 cars and motorcycles are expected to be on display. Most recognized car classes will be judged with trophies awarded to winners.
Although the show is free to spectators from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., all antique British cars, motorcycles, and vendors must register to participate in show. Pre-registration is encouraged by show chairperson, Danica Perhacs.
