FORT PIERCE — Autoberfest, the 2nd Annual All German Car Show presented by Vero Beach Auto Elite, is being held Saturday, Oct. 26, at Einstein Bros Bagels in Vero Beach.
It’s a casual, fun event for the entire family. General admission is free.
Gates open at 3 p.m. for car placement; show lasts from 4-8 p.m.
German cars of all types are welcome: from Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen to more obscure marques like DKW, Messerschmitt, Borgward, and Lloyd.
There are bound to be at least a hundred cars in attendance again this year. German cars of any year are welcome. Bring your daily driver and display it.
You don’t need an expensive, classic, or perfect show car, just come join the fun.
A $10 registration fee for show cars will be collected at the gate.
Einstein Bros Bagels will once again sponsor its signature bagel frankfurter eating contest.
German food and beer will also be provided by the good people at Bella Napoli, and German music will add to the fun. We hope you come hungry for great food.
Proceeds from the 2013 festival will benefit the Navy UDT SEAL Museum (power of perseverance) youth fitness program.
