VERO BEACH — The Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County is seeking volunteers for its new “Train to Adopt” program.
Train to Adopt teaches shelter dogs skills to improve behavior and increase their chance for adoption.
Prospective volunteers are invited to an introductory training session on Monday, Sept. 30, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at The Humane Society’s Adoption and Education Center, located at 6230 77th St. in Vero Beach.
