Walter H. Graham, 99, died July 4, 2010, at his home.
He was an Eagle Scout and athlete. He graduated from Shady Side Academy, Pittsburgh, and the Hill School. Pottstown, Pa.; and attended Yale University.
He worked for La Salle Steel Co., Hammond, Ind., as an industrial engineer and later as a project engineer. He started his own business in the Chicago area, Automatic Appliance Parts Corp.
He was a Navy veteran, serving in World War II as a lieutenant senior grade.
Survivors include his wife, Bette Graham; daughter, Marcy York of The Villages; stepsons, Richard Lanahan of Vero Beach and Bruce Lanahan of Dallas; stepdaughters, Deborah Lanahan Newman of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Patricia Lanahan Denvir of Kansas City, Kan.; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Graham.
