INDIAN RIVER COUNTY – The Workforce Solutions mobile unit will be at the Indian River Mall during a job fair Wednesday.
“The mobile unit will be available to job seekers attending the job fair for any last minute copies of their resume, use of the fax machine or any other follow-up necessary,” Indian River County Branch Manager of Workforce Solutions Marcelo Dossantos said.
The job fair, sponsored by Workforce Solutions and the Indian River Chamber of Commerce, is being held at the Indian River Mall beginning at 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Among the 25 employers seeking qualified candidates are Ocucue, Piper Aircraft, New Horizons, Sears and CVS Distribution.
Can’t make it to the job fair Wednesday to use the mobile unit? The Workforce Solutions unit is stationed near the County Administrative building, at the corner of 18th Avenue and 25th Street Monday through Thursday and Fridays near the Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce.
The unit provides access to job seeker resources such as Internet capable computers, copiers, and fax machines.
