The weather outside was frightful, but inside was so delightful at the Night of Lights at Tara Plantation. Heavy downpours didn’t dampen spirits in the least as guests wandered through the beautifully decorated law offices of Grall, Glenn & Grall at this annual event, hosted by the Exchange Club of the Treasure Coast.
Outside, sheltered from the storm by a large white tent, guests perused long tables filled with donated silent auction items collected by Exchange Club members, while listening to the sounds of the band Rush Release. Avanzare, MT’s Chophouse, The Pearl, the Tides and Ti Amo Sempre presented an assortment of wines for party goers to sample and Culinary Capers offered up tables full of tasty delights.
Inside the law offices, were rooms and rooms of holiday decorations, including such a large Christmas Village collection, that it was actually spread out over two rooms. For the past 19 years, the Grall family has been delighting the community with an amazing display of indoor and outdoor lights and decorations. The Night of Lights fundraiser allows guests to join them in this wonderful Christmas tradition.
Proceeds from the event benefit the child abuse prevention efforts of the Indian River County Healthy Start Coalition, Boys & Girls Clubs of Indian River County and Youth Guidance, and scholarships for local high school seniors. Erin Grall chaired the event; Grall, Glenn & Grall and Treasure and Space Coast Radio were Galaxy Sponsors. {igallery 111}
