63rd Annual Halloween Parade & Costume Contest

DECORATE YOUR CAR OR A FLOAT AND WEAR A COSTUME! NO ENTRY FEE!! The City of Vero Beach Recreation Department will host the 63rd Annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest on Saturday, October 28, 2023 in Downtown Vero Beach!
Line up begins at 9:30a.m. in the Women’s Club parking Lot (1534 21st Street).
The parade will start at 10:00a.m. and head north on 14th Ave. to the Vero Beach Community Center. The Costume Contest for children 0-17 will take place immediately following the Halloween Parade at the Vero Beach Community Center. Spectators can view the parade on 14th Avenue between 21st Street and 23rd Street.
Prizes will be awarded and FREE goody bags for children 0-17 will be handed out! For parade applications visit www.covb.org. Call the COVB Recreation Department at (772) 978-4500 for details. (No Political Organizations)
