VERO BEACH, FLA. (MAY 19, 2024) — Early this morning, local American Red Cross volunteer members of the Disaster Action Team, from the Palm Beach & Treasure Coast Chapter, responded to a mobile-home fire on 20th Street in Vero Beach, Fla. The disaster-trained team helped coordinate emergency aid to two (2) people impacted by the fire.

The Red Cross is providing emergency financial assistance, health and mental health services, one-on-one support to connect people to available recovery assistance and will continue to provide additional support to the family to meet their disaster-caused needs.
