SEBASTIAN — A driver was observed going 101 mph in a 45 mph zone by Sebastian Police.

Scott Cawthron, 52, of Palm Bay, was driving east on Sebastian Boulevard when he passed a Sebastian K-9 officer sitting at the intersection of Barber Street and Sebastian Boulevard, according to the arrest report.
