SEBASTIAN — A “Second Time Around” used book sale will be held in the North Indian River County Library meeting room on Friday, Jan. 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday, Jan. 23 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., by the Friends of the Library.
