Hurricane Danny has been upgraded to a Category 3 storm. It is the first hurricane of the season.
It’s maximum sustained winds are at 115 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center. The storm is moving west north west at 10 mph.
The eye of the storm is forecast to be over Haiti Wednesday morning.
