INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Tantalize your taste buds while furthering the March of Dimes mission at the Seventh Annual March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction set for Nov. 9, at Quail Valley Gold Club in Vero Beach.
The event promises guests an evening of culinary delights created by 11 of the Treasure Coast’s finest chefs. In addition, guests will enjoy complimentary cocktails, live entertainment, and one-of-a-kind live and silent auction experiences. Proceeds from the event will benefit the March of Dimes.
Event co-chairs are Emily Burgoon and Kristina Pernfors and Chef Scott Varricchio is the Chef Chair. The event committee also includes Rebecca Emmons, Margaret Anne Evans, Laura Hurley, Jann Moylan, Kristina Moylan, Kimberly Paul, Megan Rassveldt and Kristen Yoshitani. Their goal is to raise $100,000 for the Treasure Coast March of Dimes whose mission is to improve the health of all babies by preventing birth defects, premature births and infant mortality.
“It’s a fabulous event with great food for a great cause,” said Burgoon. “All the chefs are to be applauded for their generosity and creativity.”
