PEER Group holds 3rd Annual Tea for mothers, grandmothers May 3

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Parents/Families Educating and Exchanging Resources (PEER) Group invites mothers and grandmothers to its third annual Tea: “Paris Tea Party,” a fashion event featuring tea and goodies, an art show by Indian River Charter High School, music by Vero Beach High School Philharmonic String Quartet and paintings by special artist, Katie Henderson.

The Tea will be held on May 3, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Club at Pointe West, 7500 14th Lane, Vero Beach. There will be a silent auction, and the featured event will be a special fashion show highlighting daughters of the PEER Group. Sponsors for the event include Tea and Chi, Pointe West, Mary Bennet Printing, Grall Law Group, Parenting Special Needs Magazine and Elizabeth’s Fine Consignments.

The PEER Group is an educational, advocacy and support organization benefiting families who have children with disabilities and is chartered through The Arc of Indian River County, a 501c3 United Way agency.
