Vero Beach Museum of Art opens registration for summer art camps

VERO BEACH — Campers ages 4 to 16-years-old, are invited to spend a week or more of their summer vacation at this year’s Museum Art School Summer Art Camp beginning the week of June 15 and extending through Aug. 7.

The Vero Beach Museum of Art offers eight, one-week sessions with more than 45 classes taught by professional artists and area art educators offering a creative environment for budding artists of all levels to explore new ideas, develop skills, and build self esteem through art.

Creatively themed weekly sessions for all ages include “Go Fish!,” “Your Own Orbit,” “Selfie Studio,” “S.T.E.A.M. Punks,” “Time Travel Agency Vacations,” “Hero Beach,” “My Puppet Workshop,” “Raiders of the Lost Artifact,” “Art Through the Ages,” and “Box City: World of Tomorrow.”

Registration forms and class brochures are available at the Vero Beach Museum of Art or from the Museum’s website www.verobeachmuseum.org. Parents can download camp registration forms and provide payment information that can then be faxed to (772) 231-0938, mailed, or delivered to the Museum. Registration begins Wednesday, April 15, 2015.
