SEBASTIAN — All area golfers are invited to play in the fifth annual Joe Madigan Memorial Golf Tournament, sponsored by the Sebastian Elks Lodge. The fun will start at 7:45 a.m. with a four person scramble shotgun start at the Sebastian Municipal Golf Course on Saturday, March 21.
The event includes two $500 hole in one prizes, a buffet lunch at the Elks Lodge, free beer and prizes, and a full cash bar. The cost is $65 for the day, and proceeds raised will be used for the various charitable activities of the Elks Lodge. “Hole Sponsorships” are also available for $50, and donations are also needed for door prizes.
According to event chair Jim O’Neill, “We’re hoping to have a great turnout; we invite everyone to come have fun…snow birds, residents, Elks and non-members.” Signup sheets are available at the Lodge at 731 S.
