INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a person suspected of attempted felony murder, and threat to project, place or discharge a destructive device, according to their facebook page.
Celone Sands, 19, 5’ 7”, and 140 pounds, is the suspect being sought by the Sheriff’s Office. His last known address was in Vero Beach, according to authorities.
