Sheree Layne, 55, of Vero Beach, passed away on Feb. 25, 2014.
She is survived by her mother, Phyllis Oakes; sons, Jacob Layne and Jeremiah Goodman; sisters, Carla Klein, Sandy Layne, and Kathy Layne.
Sheree was born in Parkersburg, W.Va., and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 51 years coming from Pikeville, Ky.
Layne was a manager at Fort Pierce Housing Authority for five years in Fort Pierce. She enjoyed golf, reading, camping and cooking. She was of the Jewish faith.
A Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., on Thursday, Feb. 27, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Fort Pierce.
Arrangements are under the care of Aycock Funeral Home in Fort Pierce.
