On March 28, 2007, Lieutenant Conway was promoted to the rank of Captain and has served as the Support Bureau and Operations Bureau Commander.

These are but a few examples of the numerous commendations Captain Conway has received throughout his career.

Captain Conway can be proud of his accomplishments and he is well respected by his peers and the community he has served.
