Janet Marie Capak, 65, died Feb. 8, 2012, at Indian River Medical Center, Vero Beach.
She was born in Warren, Ohio, and lived in Vero Beach.
She was a licensed practical nurse and retired from the Youngstown Hospital Association.
Survivors include her brother, Gerald T. Capak; and sister, Marilyn C. Catterson, both of Vero Beach.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Maria Bizilo Capak; and brother, Ronald.
Services were in Warren, Ohio.
Burial was in All Souls Cemetery in Cortland, Ohio.
