WABASSO — Quality Health Care Wellness & Fitness Center and The Sun Up Center will unveil Dr. Deepti Sadhwani’s new Medical Directorship with Sun Up in a Day of H.O.P.E., Thursday, Nov.17 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Quality Health Care Fitness & Wellness Center, located at 8701 US 1, Wabasso.
The purpose is to educate Sun Up clients and their caregivers about the importance of a healthy diet and prevent obesity. Live nutrition, fitness and cooking demonstrations on how to prepare a healthy and delicious Thanksgiving meal will be available to all Sun Up clients this day.
H.O.P.E. (Helping Obesity Prevention through Education) is a non-profit agency that Dr. Deepti Sadhwani of Quality Health Care established to provide our community continuing education, lectures and free services to the public about obesity and related illnesses.
The Sun Up Center is a non-profit agency that has been providing services for our developmentally disabled for over 20 years in our community.
