Thomas J. Clark, 68, died Aug. 25, 2011, at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach.
He was born in the Bronx, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach since 1998, coming from New York.
Before retiring, he was a motor man for the New York Transit Authority for 17 years.
He served in the Army.
He was an usher at St. Helen Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Mary; daughter, Mary Lisa Alfalla, of Vero Beach; and brother, John Clark, of Millwood, N.J.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Edward Clark and George Clark.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Aug. 28 at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home in Vero Beach with a prayer service at 6 p.m.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Aug. 29 at St. Helen Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Interment will be in South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth.
