Social Justice Film Series presents Rethink Afghanistan

VERO BEACH — The community-wide, nondenominational Social Justice Film Series continues its fifth year on Sunday, June 12, at 7 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Vero Beach with the film Rethink Afghanistan.

Rethink Afghanistan is a 2009 ground-breaking, full-length documentary focusing on the key issues surrounding the war there. The film, directed by Robert Greenwald, raises critical questions regarding the country, troops, and the cost of war, Afghanistan women, civilian casualties, security, solutions and more. The film is free and open to the public; no tickets or reservations are required.

The Fair Trade Corner will be open one-half hour before and after the film.  The UUFVB is located on the southeast corner of 27th Avenue and 16th Street.
