Charles Brown Sr., 52, died Feb. 7, 2011, at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach.
He was born in Vero Beach and was a longtime resident of Indian River County.
He was a member of Fellsmere Church of God in Christ and the Inspirational Jubilees.
Survivors include his wife, Cozetta Brown, of Vero Beach; sons, Charles Brown Jr. and Cyrus Williams, both of Escondido, Calif., and William Grier, of Ohio; daughter, Crystal Williams, of Jacksonville; father, Donald Brown Sr., of Vero Beach; brothers, Donald Brown Jr., of Daytona Beach and Kenneth Brown and Vincent Brown, both of Vero Beach; and sisters, Sabrina Dawson, of Vero Beach and Paulette Brown, of Nassau, Bahamas.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Valerie Brown.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Feb. 11 at Stone Brothers Funeral Chapel in Gifford.
A service will be at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 12 at Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Gifford.
Burial will follow in Gifford Cemetery in Gifford.
