Rev. Scott W. Alexander to be installed at Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

VERO BEACH — On Friday, February 18, at 7 p.m., the congregation of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Vero Beach will gather to celebrate the installation of their new minister, the Rev. Scott W. Alexander. Special guests for the event will include:  Rev. Richard Speck, first settled minister of UUFVB; Rev. Gail Geisenhainer (via video link), second settled minister of UUFVB; Rev. Peter Morales (via video link), president of the Unitarian Universalist Association; Rev. Kenn Hurto, district executive of UUA´s Florida District; Dr. Eugene Pickett, former president of the UUA; Rev. Michael McGee, senior minister, UU Church of Arlington, VA; Rev. John Burciaga, Newburyport, MA; Rev. John Corrado, minister emeritus of Grosse Pont Unitarian Church, Michigan; George Alexander (Scott´s brother and professional bagpiper); and other religious leaders from Vero Beach and Florida.

The UUFVB Choir will sing a specially written anthem at the gala service, “We Live in Possibility” by music director Ann Hossler and David A. Zabriskie.  A reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall.

The UU Fellowship is is located at 1590 27th Avenue on the southeast corner of 27th Avenue and 16th Street.
