VERO BEACH –Bridge in the Garden will return to McKee Botanical Garden on Monday, February 7 at 9 a.m. This annual event brings together Bridge and garden enthusiasts for Duplicate or Party Bridge, followed by a luncheon catered by Elizabeth D. Kennedy & Co. “We’re delighted once again to host one of the area’s most popular and unique Bridge events,” said McKee Executive Director Christine Hobart. “This is a wonderful opportunity for Bridge players to discover the Garden, as well as to allow many of our supporters to combine their love of McKee with their enjoyment of Bridge.”
Bridge in the Garden will begin at 9 a.m. with an orchid sale and registration. Play will commence promptly at 10 a.m., with lunch to follow at noon.
Bridge in the Garden is sponsored by the AT&T Real Yellow Pages, and is hosted by the McKee Bridge Committee, whose members include Carol Critchell, Linda Holmes, Lucy Jones, Leigh Mason, Susan McConnell, Mary Murnane, Lisa O’Brien, Donna Pottle, Diane Prescott and Pinky Regan.
The cost is $75 per person, which includes lunch; reservations are required.
