James P. Norris III, 64, died May 1, 2010.
He was born in Sumter, S.C., and lived in Sebastian for 14 years.
He worked in aquaculture for 35 years, designing facilities in Equador, Honduras, Florida Keys and Fort Pierce.
He attended Wingate College and graduated from the University of Miami.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon; sons, Patrick and Michael; stepdaughter Maya Deis; and one grandchild.

A celebration of life will be at 4 p.m. May 15 in Riverside Park adjacent to Riverside Cafe in Vero Beach.
