While he could not remember exactly how much the mortgage note is, Curtin said it is multiple thousands of dollars. Vero Fashion Outlets LLC owes approximately $34 million to LNV Corp. Curtin said that the company has next week to respond to the foreclosure notice.Whether Vero Fashion Outlets LLC would be required to pay off its mortgage in full or return to paying monthly is up to the courts, according to Curtin.Curtin stressed that the legal proceedings are not expected to have an impact on the tenants at the outlet mall, the shoppers or the residents of Indian River County.Along with Vero Fashion Outlets LLC, are a couple others named in the proceeding, according to Curtin. Those respondents are “relatively minor,” he said and have to deal with lien claims. This article will be updated as more information becomes available.
