Vero Beach police arrest 11 in 2-month drug sting

Staff ReportVERO BEACH — The Vero Beach Police Department Special Investigations Unit has concluded a two-month operation which resulted in the arrest of 11 adults on charges involving the possession or sale of illegal drugs within the city limits of Vero Beach.

 Those arrested ranged in age from 18 to 59 and included both men and women all from Vero Beach. The following persons were arrested:

Daniel J. Coutard, 22, 1510 19th Ave. SW, Vero Beach; Charges: Sale and possession of marijuana; Bond: $26,000.

Jennifer N. Griffith, 30, 1934 23rd Ave. Apt. D, Vero Beach; Charges: Sale and possession of oxycodone; Bond: $55,000.

Summer N. Walker, 26, 1456 16th Ave., Vero Beach; Charges: Sale and possession of oxycodone; Bond: $30,000.Kendrick T. Lester, 22, 743 5th Pl. SW, Vero Beach; Charges: Sale and possession of crack cocaine; Bond: None, in jail on unreleated charges.

Jeffrey D. Fisher, 21, 1876 19th Ave. SW, Vero Beach; Charges: Sale and possession of Xanax; Bond: $30,000.

 Plasder Dumont, 23, 1520 39th Ave., Vero Beach; Charges: Sale and possession of cocaine; Bond: $40,000.

 Jaime M. Adams, 28, 1575 18th Ave. SW, Vero Beach; Charges: Sale and possession of oxycodone; Bond: $40,000.

Jesse L. Chambers, 27, 2505 84th Ave. SW, Vero Beach; Charges: Sale and possession of crack cocaine; Bond: $30,000.

 Robert Martin, 59, 909 19th Place SW, Vero Beach; Charges: Sale and possession of hydromorphone; Bond: $55,000.

Robert L. Martin, 18, 909 19th Place SW, Vero Beach; Charges: Sale and possession of cocaine; Bond: $40,000.

 Kelsey N. Walls, 21, 909 19th Place SW, Vero Beach; Charges: Sale and possession of Cocaine; Bond: $40,000.
