Constance L. Sands-Woulard, 47, died March 1, 2010, in Davenport.
She was born in Vero Beach and raised in Wabasso. She was employed by the Orange County School System as a staffing specialist.
Survivors include her husband, Henry L. Woulard of Davenport; daughter, Tiki Woulard of Leesburg; mother, Dorothy Sands-Menendez of Melboune; brothers, William Sands-Casleberry of Florida, Artherley Sands of Valrico, Glen Sands of Freeport, Bahamas, and Willie Sands of St. Petersburg; sisters, Sabrina Bazemore of Fort Knox, Ky., Katrina Edward of Columbus, Ga., Ruthie Sands of Freeport and Latosha Cherry of Orlando; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. March 12 at Wabasso Church of God in Wabasso.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. March 13 at First Church of God, Vero Beach. Burial will follow the funeral service at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach.
