Joan Elliot, 86, of Vero Beach passed away Oct. 25, 2016.
She is survived by her daughter Wendy (Ed) Belpedio; daughter-in-law Debbie Wilkerson; grandchildren Rachel, Maggie Belpedio, Charles III, Amy Wilkerson; sister Joyce (Bill) Gibbons.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Charles Wilkerson and William Elliott, and a son Charles Wilkerson II.
She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be in our hearts forever. Cremation rites were accorded. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials in Joan’s name may be made to the Community Church of Vero Beach.
