VERO BEACH — A Vero Beach insurance agent has been charged with falsifying workers’ compensation records for a construction company.
Robin Yencho, 50, of Professional Insurance Providers of Vero Beach, faces 16 counts of making false or fraudulent insurance certificates by the Department of Financial Services. He has been released on a $16,000 bond.
The investigation started in July 2014.
