Raoul “Frenchy” DeLisle, 82, of Vero Beach, passed away on May 1, 2016, at VNA surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his wife Patricia “Babe” of 61 years; children Kevin DeLisle, Gail DeLisle and Danny (Anita) DeLisle; sister Gail (Mike) Harmody; five grandchildren, Krystina, Cady, Tanner, Alex and Emily; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Born in Staten Island, N.Y., DeLisle moved his family to Vero Beach in 1978.
After serving in the Navy during the Korean War, he began his 21-year career with the FDNY. After moving to Florida, he began his 10 years with the City of Vero as a Building Inspector and last worked with his sons at their business, All County Mower. His passions were saltwater fishing, golfing and reading, but first and foremost, his family.
