INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — At its July 14 business meeting, the School Board of Indian River County approved the appointment of Denny Hart to be the new Principal at the Alternative Center for Education.
Hart is currently an Assistant Principal at Storm Grove Middle School. He has experience as a teacher and has also served as an administrator at Oslo Middle School.
Hart expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to begin the 2015-2016 school year as the Principal of the Alternative Center for Education.
Dr. Mark Rendell, Superintendent of Schools said, “I am not sure if there is a person who is more committed to our students and our community than Denny Hart. I know that he will make a positive impact on the students at the Alternative Center for Education.”
He officially assumed the role of Principal on July 15, 2015.
