INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Mary-Kate is a 1 1/2-year-old female hound mix who came to the shelter with her sister Ashley. Both girls are very sweet and gentle.
Mary-Kate and Ashley are tall dogs but they have very thin frames. These two sisters are quite active. They need not be adopted together but they should both go to homes that will be able to provide them with lots of attention and exercise.
Training would be great for both dogs, especially since they are very attentive. The Humane Society offers six weeks of dog training for $40. Even better, if you adopted your dog from the shelter, The Humane Society will refund your money if you complete all of the classes.
