VERO BEACH — Sterling House, a Brookdale Senior Living community, is hosting a Health and Wellness Fair titled “Ageless Spirit” on October 31 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This event will feature vendors from many different entities. We will be offering free “mini checkups” by our nursing staff as well as from Indian River County Emergency Management Services.
Guests are encouraged to bring their families, friends, and loved ones to come out and enjoy this event.
Food and drinks will be served along with a costume contest.
“Throughout 2012, Sterling House is hosting “Music of Our Times,” a series of monthly events, each one celebrating a different genre of music.
The events are a component of Brookdale Senior Living’s Optimum Life, which supports residents’ pursuit of living well through the six dimensions of wellness.
