INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — SunUp ARC and the Treasure Coast Community Health Foundation have united to offer a very unique and distinctive fund raiser this fall – the Professional Chalk Art Festival.
This extraordinary inaugural community event will be held Saturday, Nov. 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Indian River Mall Parking Area.
Jennifer Chaparro, an internationally renowned street painting artist, along with other Nationally ranked professional street artists, local artists and talented art students are guaranteed to inspire and entertain you.
We are encouraging local artists – young & old – to participate in this unique first time event.
Proceeds from this event will help cover the expenses of extraordinary medical, dental and eye care of the developmentally disabled that are not covered through other sources.

SunUp ARC is a Non-Profit, 501 (c) 3 agency, dedicated to meeting the needs of people with developmental disabilities in Indian River County for close to 40 years. SunUp ARC has chartered Special Scouts Troup 550, The Peer Group and The Advocacy Committee, is Partnered with Special Olympics and Special Equestrians, Collaborates with Dogs for Life and Treasure Coast Community Health and is a United Way partner agency.
TCHH has a 20 year history and is a leader in providing healthcare services to all persons in Indian River County. TCCHF was established in 2010 as a 501 (c) 3 agency to solicit and receive gifts and contributions for and on behalf of TCCH. Our Mission is simple, to raise awareness and build a healthy community by fostering charitable support for the not for profit clinical operations.
