Abe Drisdom, 71, died Aug. 14, 2012.
He was born in Waynesboro, Ga., and lived in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his sons, Isaiah Drisdom, Arnold Drisdom and Ritchie Drisdom, all of Vero Beach, Abe Drisdom Jr., of Tampa, and Duane Drisdom, of Lakeland; daughter, Lajuana Drisdom, of Vero Beach; brothers, Mark Drisdom, of Vero Beach, Willie A. Drisdom and Eddie Drisdom; sister, Annie Mae Jones, all of Albion, N.Y.; 20 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lottie Mae Drisdom; and son, Clifton Drisdom.
Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Aug. 17 with a memorial service from 6 to 7 p.m.
A service will be at 11 a.m. Aug. 18 at Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in Gifford Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hortense/Mills Funeral Home.
