INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Indian River County Schools Superintendent Dr. Fran Adams has announced the 2012 Florida School-Related Nominees of the Year.
Nominees are selected by their peers, based upon contributions they have made to their school or work site, which promote student learning, safe schools, and positive relationships with parents, students, co-workers, and community members.
The nominees will be honored at a luncheon at Carrabba’s Italian Grill on Jan. 17, sponsored by Space Coast Credit Union and County Association of School Administrators (CASA).
The announcement of the five finalists and the winner will take place at the Jan. 24 School Board meeting.
The winner will go on to compete in the State competition later in the year.
