VERO BEACH — Seacoast National Bank branches throughout Indian River County recently presented unwrapped holiday toys donated by employees and customers on behalf of the local U.S. Marine Corp Reserve Toys for Tots annual holiday toy drive. Gifts were donated from late November through mid-December at eight Seacoast branches throughout the community. “We are deeply grateful to our employees and customers for their outpouring of generosity to provide holiday gifts for children in need within our community,” explained Cyn DeLee Dalton, V.P/Regional Retail Manager for Indian River County. “We also appreciate the efforts of our partners in this drive, the U.S. Marine Corp Reserve, for distributing these gifts on our behalf.”
The objectives of Toys for Tots are to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to better communities in the future.
