Alfred Landry, 84, died Nov. 8, 2010, at Consulate Health Care, Vero Beach.
He was born in Nova Scotia, Canada, and lived in Vero Beach for 12 years, coming from Sudbury, Mass. Before retirement, he was a barber for 42 years in Massachusetts.
He a member of the Knights of Columbus, 4th degree, in Framingham, Mass., VFW, and former president of the Massachusetts Master Barber Association, and member of St. Helen Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Irene Landry, of Vero Beach; sons, Thomas Landry, of Norwood, Mass., Daniel Landry, of Waltham, Mass., and Paul Landry, of Marshfield, Mass.; sisters, Edith Stanhope, Estell Marleau, Aurine Landry and Eleanor LeFort, all of Canada; brother, Charles Landry, of Canada; and four grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the , 1100 E. Ocean Blvd., Stuart, FL 34996.
Services will be private.
