Norman Moultrop Neagle, 90, died Sept. 22, 2010, at Indian River Estates Medical in Vero Beach.
He was born in Boston and lived in Vero Beach. He was a veteran of the Army, serving as a lieutenant in the Signal Corps during World War II.
He was a 1941 graduate of Harvard University and a member of the Kiwanis Club and Master Gardeners Club.
He was on the board at the Vero Beach Power Plant and coached the Vero Beach High School tennis team for two years.
Survivors include his daughter, Nancy Shupe, of Frisco, Texas; son, Alan Neagle, of Atlanta, Ga.; and one grandchild.

No services are planned.
His ashes will be scattered at sea at a later date.
