VERO BEACH — The Festival of Trees, Vero Beach’s annual welcome to the holiday season, will take place November 19, 20 and 21 at the Agnes Wahlstrom Youth Playhouse and Anne Morton Theatre. The theme for this year’s event, “Unwrap the Magic,” will be carried out through displays of decorated trees, wreaths, gingerbread houses, vendor booths, children’s activities, entertainment and more.
The Festival Preview Gala begins at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, November 19. Gala tickets are $150; $75 for people under 35.
The Festival continues Saturday, November 20 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, November 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets for the Festival are $7 for adults and $3 and will be available at the door.
New this year is a Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, November 20 at 8:30 am that will feature Mrs. Claus who will share stories and songs. And of course, Santa will be available for visits and pictures. Breakfast with Santa tickets are $10 per person, under 2 no charge.
Also new on Saturday is a Holiday Concert featuring the Academy Orchestra of the Atlantic Classical Orchestra. The concert will take place on the Stark Stage of Riverside Theatre at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Concert Tickets (reserved seating) are $30, $25, $20 and $15 with students half price.

The Festival of Trees is the major fund raiser for Riverside Children’s Theatre. RCT’s mission is to provide affordable cultural enrichment and educational opportunities in drama and for youth ages 3 and up.
