Terry Lee Pullens, 67, died April 5, 2010, at Indian River Medical Center.
He was born in Wrightsville, Ga., and was a longtime resident of Indian River County. He was employed in the construction business as a concrete refinisher.
He was a member of Mount Zion New Covenant Church where he served on the finance committee and as a deacon.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Howard of Wilmington, N.C.; sons, Terry Lee Pullens Jr. of Wilmington and John Canon of Gifford; daughters, Carol Leslie Turner of Macon, Ga., and Kay Biggoms and Sharon Howard, both of Vero Beach; brothers, Climent Pullens Jr. of Fayetteville, Ga., and Kevin Willis Pullen of Brunswick, Ga.; sisters, Barbara Upperman of McDonald, Ga., and Jacqueline Bolden of Wilmington, N.C.; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. April 9 at Stone Brothers Funeral Chapel, Gifford. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. April 10 at Humble Church of God In Christ, Gifford.
