Thomas John “Tommy” Ramundo, 81, died Feb. 3, 2010, at Indian River Medical Center.
He was born in Bronx, N.Y., and lived in Vero Beach for 21 years, coming from Mahwah, N.J. Before retirement, he was the owner/operator of Community Amoco in Ramsey, N.J.
He attended St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Sebastian. He was a member of the Greyhound Association.
Survivors include his sons, Cliff Ramundo of Chestnut Ridge, N.Y., Doug Ramundo of Sebastian, and Randy Ramundo of Mahwah; daughter, Wendy Ramundo of Brandon; sister, Marie Celantano of Suffern, N.Y.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Frank Ramundo.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Feb. 5 at Strunk Funeral Home in Sebastian, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
